The singles, “Yeah!”, “Burn”, “Confessions Part II” and “My Boo” all topped the Billboard 100 making Usher the first artist with four singles to top the chart in a row. “Confessions” Usher’s fourth studio album was released in March 2004 and thanks to over 10 million sales it was certified Diamond. “U Remind Me” earned the artist the Grammy for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance an award Usher won the following year as well for the track “U Don't Have to Call” making Usher the third artist to win this award two years in a row, the two previous being Luther Vandross and Stevie Wonder. Between his first and second album Usher recorded “Let's Straighten It Out” a duet with Monica, he appeared on LaFace's 1996 Olympic Games benefit album “Rhythm of the Games” and sang “I Swear I'm In Love” for the soundtrack of the movie “Kazaam” in 1996.
